I have been looked after by Sally and Denise, and I am very happy with you two, you are very caring and very supportive.

Thank you for your feedback; the service values hearing from the people we care for and it is good to know you have been happy with the support received from Sally and Denise. They are valued members of the Rehabilitation team and I will be speaking with them both so they know you considered them patient and kind.
