(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My son felt very relaxed and comfortable and very much at ease. All the staff were very good and calming in explaining techniques and routines. He managed to sit still and let them do his teeth and he listened as it was very child friendly.

Its great to hear your son managed to have his dental treatment carried out so successfully. Creating a calm and comfortable environment really does make a huge difference. Taking time to talk patients through each step in a way that they understand can have fantastic results like your sons.
