"Rushcliffe Children's Centres"

I attended a Behaviour Solutions Workshop. All the staff were welcoming and friendly and although the course wasn't completely right for us, as our daughter has communication problems which can lead to bad behaviour. A lot of the solutions were based on communication which we couldn't use. However, Kayleigh and Geraldine were aware of this and made an effort to give us support and advise specific to our needs. They provided us with visual time tables and techniques, help and advise which has been of benefit. I know both my partner and I have taken some skills and techniques from the course which has been a positive step.

I also have to praise the crèche team. They were so wonderful and friendly and put me at ease about leaving both my kids. My youngest was just coming up to 1 and I'd never left him before... But they both loved it and the crèche team. I just think the whole set up is amazing, the effort to put together the crèche in a temporary environment and record a diary of what the kids did each week. To provide a safe, friendly and welcoming environment for my family was so wonderful and the fact it was free makes it more amazing. We have been through some tricky times as a family and support like this is so very valuable and very much appreciated. Huge thanks to all involved from us all.
