About: University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as the patient),

Was in the woman's health unit for a procedure, was really nervous and anxious, but staff made me much more at ease, I especially liked the sister of the ward she was really caring and put my mind at ease, she was upbeat and always had a smile, which made me feel at home in a round about way, she was chatty and full of useful helpful information, she's a Wee diamond.
