"Fantastic service"

It is very rare that I take time to write reviews but I feel that following my visit to the New Croft Centre, it is important that I thank the team for making my visit as pleasant as possible.

Prior to my consultation, I felt nervous and embarrassed about attending the walk-in centre as it was a new experience for me and I did not know what to expect. Firstly, I was greeted by two lovely receptionists who immediately made me feel more relaxed. I waited for about 20 minutes, which was less than I expected, and was then greeted by a young doctor. Throughout the appointment, the doctor made me feel at ease, maintained my dignity and seemed to take the time to listen without rushing through the appointment.

I had no reason to be worried and definitely received 5* treatment.
