I want to thank everyone we came across during a 24 hour stay at Royal Berks; from porters to ENT consultants, from A&E to Dorrell Ward. My husband was admitted with a peritonsillar abscess and was very stressed by not being able to swallow and beginning to struggle to breathe. Everyone was professional, calm, efficient and friendly, and the speed with which he was treated was amazing. We are genuinely grateful and very impressed with the service the NHS provided. Thanks again.
