"X Ray and ultra sound department"

Good evening

Just like to give a little feed back on my experience at the x Ray and ultra sound department, they where fantastic! Coming in to the hospital I felt really nervous about the test I was about to recive, but I would like to say thank you to the person (don't know their name) made me feel so much at ease and reassured me through out, the full department were so helpful so just want to say a massive thank you for their service even though I was only in their for around 20 mins!
