"Coordinated care"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I was admitted by ambulance for a knee injury- I was seen in reasonable time, got xrays and have been advised to come back for an appointment at the knee clinic which I was able to arrange before I left the hospital; staff were kind, friendly, patient and helpful and I would not hesitate to return or recommend them to others
