"Treatment of the elderly"

The treatment of the elderly at this hospital is appalling. My mother was admitted and after 8 weeks is no better but has been discharged. There is no communication, the staff do not listen to anything the family have to say and are not included in decision making. Do not expect decent treatment of your loved one in this hospital if they are elderly.
