"unexpected visit - excellent care"

Following an accident at Carlisle Station on Tuesday night, I was taken to A&E.

I would like to thank all the staff who dealt with me.

They were professional, considerate and friendly.

From the ambulance crew, triage nurse, x-ray technician, clinician to the member of staff who kitted me out with crutches and boot for my broken foot. Everybody did an excellent job and I even managed to hop onto the last train back to Glasgow!
