"Waiting 20 month for Cardiology appointment."

About: Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Had an appointment with cardiologist and given medication on 20/10/2014 and said a follow up appointment was necessary and would be made in approx 4 months. 20 months on still no appointment available told ring again in 16 weeks. Entirely unacceptable way to treat patients.
