"Excellent service"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Had to attend RBH with mother 93 yrs of age who was taken ill early in the morning in Burnley General hospital when there as an outpatient. The Doctors and nurses there gave her very good care but decided she needed extra care from RBH.

Both mother and father taken by ambulance, I followed in the car. By the time I got there she was already receiving excellent care.

Whilst we waited my brother arrived, given accurate directions how to find us.

Doctors came and went after giving her a full check up. Excellent care which I know overall it took a long time, but over those several hours she made a recovery and later about tea time she was allowed home.

She has to go back the RBH on Friday for tests but wow! excellent care, very pleased. Thank you
