"emergency admission"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital

I was admitted to A and E having had a massive haemorrhage at home following the birth of my twins.

The staff were all incredibly supportive and caring.

I was then taken up to theatre where an A and E nurse waited with me for approximately an hour taking them away from the busy department. They held my hand and let me cry and talk through my fears.

Theatre staff also very supportive as were all of the staff on the postnatal ward.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the support my family received.

The midwives were also helpful in helping me through my recovery and with advice given to attend a "talk it through" session with the consultant looking after my care.

(I had delivered my twins at a different hospital)

Thank you again.
