I had an excellent experience of visiting consultant
All face to face staff were considerate and showed empathy
The right amount of information was given, and not rushed in an easy to understand way.
The staff were reassuring and not alarming giving a medical diagnosis
There was a short wait but that was to be expected, and I had been advised to expect that in the letter
I feel confident that the hospital is doing a very good job for nhs patients in this field
