"Excellent care from friendly committed staff."

I was taken to the A & E dept after feeling unwell on the Mersey Ferry. The paramedics in the ambulance were delightful. All the staff from first tests to final meeting with doctor were cheerful, caring - both me and my somewhat scared wife -inclusive of saying exactly what was going on. I believe they even speeded this up for me as my family were coming from Blackpool to take us and my car back home.
