"Brightening up my sisters visit."

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I would like to give a great big thank you to the staff at the chemo reception who gave big hugs to my sister when she arrived for her consultation last Monday 6th June.

I live in Australia and I rang about an hour before she arrived and spoke to a lovely person on reception to see if they could do a nice welcome as it was her birthday, and they said we'll see what we can do, and they made a card as well, my niece got a photo and sent it to me. Fantastic! I think she enjoyed it, but someone heard her say, I'll kill him! ahahah.

Thanks again, Robert.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments Robert. I am most pleased that our staff was able to make your sister feel special during her clinic visit on her birthday.

I will ensure that your comment is passed on to the Haematology Department; the staff will be delighted to receive your gratitude.

Yours Sincerely

Kathryn Halford

Chief Nurse
