All staff should go on an autism awareness course as I was told by the surgeon that i would definitely be leaving with a cast no matter how the surgery went yet after the operation i woke with a bandage on and told i wouldnt get a cat... also all staff up to the operation and in recovery room were spot on...but after transfering to ward staff didnt communicate and some treated me like some dumb child.. i am 29.. My operation was pin in skafoid bone right hand on tuesday 24th may.. addmitted 7.30am that morning...
