"Dismissed by my consultant"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

(as the patient),

The nurses were lovely but the consultant didn't listen to me, hadn't read my case notes, and dismissed me with a diagnosis and treatment that I had been incorrectly given six months previously

Dear lincolncockney,

Thank you for your comments regarding Lincoln County Hospital.

I’m pleased that the nursing staff were kind and efficient, but am equally concerned regarding your comments about the consultant who saw you.

Whilst feedback such as this is a powerful learning tool for the Trust as a whole, it is even more valuable if it can be shared directly with the people involved. I would like to bring this to the attention of the consultant, but in order to do that would need a few more details from you.
