What I liked

I attended the Sussex Eye Hospital A&E on a Saturday morning. The whole process was very well managed. Although the unit wasn't particularly well staffed (it was busy and reception staff were juggling phone calls and people arriving), no one got frazzled and everyone was very supportive. Tests and diagnosis were well-explained and the written information on the diagnosis was really helpful. I couldn't fault it - and wish every interaction with the NHS was as good. Thanks to everyone on the unit on Feb 20th.
