my mother in law was admitted on 5/12/09 to date she has been moved 4 times her final move hopefully from c6 to e7 ment her handbag was lost how my husband and i were treated in this matter was discusting you need to review your policies on this because no one was interested so i had to report it myself to the police also we handed over next of kin details but these were not entered on her notes until we told them again.this has been a very distessing time for a 85 year old sick lady in hospital.because they are old does not mean they should be treated with disrespect
