"Excellent care during endoscopy"

I wanted to thank the staff at Royal Berkshire Hospital Endoscopy unit for their excellent care during my gastroscopy yesterday afternoon.

The nurse who prepared me/gave me information was kind, professional and reassuring.

The doctors and nurses involved in the actual procedure were also wonderful.

I was nervous and one nurse held my hand.

I honestly believe that got me through the gastroscopy.

Everyone had the right balance of professionalism, yet human compassion. I didn't feel like I was just another patient and this was just daily routine for them (even though it is!)

Thank you again for the first class and first rate care.
