"When i phoneyou just can't talk to a human..."

I have an appointment sometime in June I tried to call three times I get a voice with lots of different extension numbers on the phone just goes dead I have not yet been able to speak to a human being on this I park walk and visit this hospital disgraceful

I still can't find my appointment ore speak to s human.
