I had an appointment with my consultant on 2nd June and I want to say how impressed I was with the way they conducted our discussion regarding my problems. They listened carefully to my answers to questions and was very patient whilst I was considering my responses.

It is great to read that you have had such a positive appointment and that you felt listened too these are qualities that are representative of our own trust values.
