"Excellent staff at BMI Thornbury Hospital"

I had an operation on my foot a couple of years ago and since then I have had a lump appear.

So my doctor referred me to Thornbury Hospital for an x-ray. The staff were excellent and I received good medical care. The lump was apparently arthritis.

I did have my appointment cancelled due to the bad weather at Christmas, but, it didn’t take long to get another appointment time. The only problem that I had was that my doctor had referred me under the NHS, but after my appointment I received a bill for my treatment. When I called them up they apologised and this has now been put right.
