"Eye Surgery"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

In today for planned cataract Op at QMH. Op went fine, all staff nurses and doctors attentive and knowledgable. Unfortunately triggered my other condition but staff coped with a stressful situation outside their normal field.

Staff at VHK equally helpful and supportive

Dear Jmommy,

Many thanks for taking the time to comment on the care that you received in the cataract unit recently. I am very pleased that you found the staff attentive and knowledgable and that they coped well with the other development that you mentioned. I hope that you are now back on the road to recover from your surgery. I will let all the staff know of your kind comments today.

Kind Regards

Ruth
