We were very impressed by the attitude of the staff at Victoria Cottage Hospital, who were always courteous and considerate to my mother. She responded noticeably to the kindness she was shown and as an indication of her satisfaction, she expressed the desire and willingness to stay at the hospital permanently, comparing it to a good class hotel.
