Ask for a review almost. A year ago, the appointment took months, I had to keep calling to remind then, my son was very uncomfortable in his current chair, the appointment took well over 10 months from the time off contact, when the chair was seen I was told it would be replaced, it would take 6 weeks, it has been at lest another 5 and I still don't have a wheelchair, and they are saying it's not going to be replaced, just adjusted, the discomfort my son is feeling is still there, he feels every bump, which makes it harder to want to take him out, so we are confined to the house,
The service is extremely poor
The whole point is to give feedback, but your process is not used friendly!
