Stafford is part of a Notional Health Service as they no longer accept Stroke Patients from mid Staffordshire.

If you have a Stroke one is sent to New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton or NSR1 in Stoke as Stafford Hospital no longer caters for patients whom have a stroke.

I think it's time that Stafford Hospital offered acute Stroke Services and that those in mid Staffordshire whom have a Stroke should not have to endure a journey that can at best be considered sub standard clinical treatment as such additional travelling time I believe can ensure a patients' impairments are worse than they would have been if they had been treated at Stafford.

The government has spent tens of millions on advertising their FAST campaign for Stroke patients; albeit in Stafford we have no Stroke service not even a slow one.
