"Useless"

About: City Care Centre

I called 111 and was told I needed to come to this clinic. When I was there I was seen by the nurse who was extremely useless. Made me feel like I was wasting their time and didn't have any care about my symptoms or well being.

Kicked me out in tears and told me to go A&E, which I obviously would have if I hadn't been advised to go there.
