"Very grateful"

About: Croydon University Hospital

I was admitted to A&E via the Urgent Care Centre, and later admitted to Queen's Ward 1. The staff in all of these areas were for the most part both respectful, communicative and caring. The Surgical team were great and kept me up-to-date on plans for surgery as well as my condition before and after surgery. The nurses in Queens Ward 1 were wonderful, particularly one nurse, whom clearly has a great deal of empathy and care for their patients. I am grateful to all of the staff at CUH for the care received.

p.s. There's no option for multiple departments visited in the dropdown menu - could be useful!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your experience. I am very pleased that we were able to look after you well and I will ensure that your kind words are passed on to the teams involved in your care, as it is always nice to receive a compliment.

Kind Regards
