Went to have bloods taken .. Very clean and fast service.. But sadly the rude member of staff that took my blood needs to learn a bedside manner.. They were sarcastic and rude.. I've got difficult veins due to chemo 10 years ago.. And I explained this.. They responded " yes I get told how to do my job everyday" .. I merely pointed out that the butterfly needle works better.. But the member of staff didn't listen .. 3 tries later and they called the older person working next door.. Who got it in one go.. this person was polite and gentle.
