"Great experience"

About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

We had our baby girl at NSECH in Feb 2016.

Went in late evening to be induced. First child so was really nervous. Staff were really great with us. They got us settled in our room and let us unpack and get changed!!

They came back and told us step by step of what they will be doing. Cleanliness of the room was superb. Next day was transferred to ward 16. Again our room was spotless. Staff on this ward were great, looked after all 3 of us including my partner who had stayed with me the whole time. I used the buzzer a couple of times and the staff would be in within 5 mins.

I'd left a couple of notes which needed to be attached into my file and one of the midwives that looked after us sent them out with a lovely little note attached.

I would recomend birthing centre to anyone and will return if we have a second child.

Please praise and thank all of your staff!!!!
