Thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry about your wife's experience. I am not sure from your words when exactly your wife's surgery was cancelled, however I can tell you that we have had some unexpected challenges with surgery in the last two days. We've published information about this on our website here: http://www.roh.nhs.uk/about-us/news/271-statement-on-cancelled-procedures-monday-6-tuesday-7-june

Regardless of when this happened though, I do understand how frustrating this must have been. Should you or your wife wish to speak to someone about this case, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0121 685 4128 or roh-tr.foi@nhs.net.

With thanks and best wishes

Sally Xerri-Brooks

Next appointment late September, see wot they have to say then. They must think we have money to burn to go on all the appointments. All my holidays are used up at this hospital.

When will we get some result and my wife get her life back to some norm? Still no apology as yet for the last screw up.

More bad news yet again due to unforeseen circumstances it has become necessary to change my wife's appointment yet again. It was for late september now its the beginning of january. Do they know what they are doing? will she ever get her life back? I don't think so with this hospital. Is there some one out there that can help because I feel that the royal orthopaedic hospital just don't seem to care.
