(as the patient),

Until a couple of weeks ago I was under the care of your district nurses, and I just wanted to record how very pleased and impressed I was with the care received. This was following a long and complicated stay in hospital.

I have now been transfered to the practice nurses who are continuing the excellent care.

Thank you for your posting. Our district nurses are working hard under extreme pressure of increasing referrals and we are proud of them.
