About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

After advising the receptionist I had an appointment with the eye doctor and they were to bleep thru to advise I had arrived - the receptionist was adament I take a ticket and wait. After waiting 1.5 hours I was finally called through when the eye doctor had been waiting for me and apologised for the receptionist who should have bleeped them! Unbelievable
