"Left in pain"

About: Charles Clifford Dental Hospital

Well its been near enough a month and still no appointment.to be left in agony all this time yet the patient service just reply sorry to hear this.i got intouch with them loads of times and they dont do anything either.they either dont answer phone or dont respond to your voicemail or if your lucky enough someone answers they just say i will get the appointment team to ring you back which is goin back to the start of the problem that they dont give me an appointment. What is the point of a complaints service if the dont sort it out or reject your review

I am really sorry to hear that you have experienced such difficulties as you have described in your posting.

I am also concerned to learn that you have tried to raise your concerns as a complaint. From your posting I am not sure if this was directly with the services or with our Patient Services Team (PST). If you have not done so already, I would be very pleased if you could contact the PST to provide more details so that we can take this up on your behalf with the dental services. If you have contacted the team already I would encourage you to call them again and make them aware that your concerns have not been satisfactorily addressed and we can then escalate the matter.

The PST can be contacted on telephone number 0114 271 2400 or by emailing pst@sth.nhs.uk and their working hours are from 8:30 to 5 pm and outside of these hours a message can be left on the answerphone and then somebody will then get back to you.
