Well its been near enough a month and still no appointment.to be left in agony all this time yet the patient service just reply sorry to hear this.i got intouch with them loads of times and they dont do anything either.they either dont answer phone or dont respond to your voicemail or if your lucky enough someone answers they just say i will get the appointment team to ring you back which is goin back to the start of the problem that they dont give me an appointment. What is the point of a complaints service if the dont sort it out or reject your review
