"Not a good experience"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

Have had a major op and have been put on a mixed ward which does not cater for my needs. The ward is loud and noisey so no chance of resting. Every time I have asked for pain relief it takes them over an hour to bring it- this is not pain management and is not acceptable when you are trying to get over major surgery.

We are really sorry and concerned to hear about your experience at our hospital and that the care you are receiving is not of the standard we would expect.

We would encourage you to get in touch with us so that we can try and improve things for you.

You can do this by either speaking directly to the sister in charge of your ward, or if you would rather, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 01932 723553 who will be very happy to support you and to help resolve the issues you are facing with your care.

They can also be reached by email at: Patient.Advice@asph.nhs.uk
