"Paramedics and A&E"

About: Tameside General Hospital

I wanted to say a big thank you to the paramedics who looked after me yesterday when I passed out at my exercise class at Denton Methodist Church yesterday. The paramedic arrived first, and did all the necessary tests and made sure I was comfortable and given privacy. Then 2 paramedics arrived to take me to hospital, they were all lovely, caring and helpful. At the hosptial I was given a very thorough check up by their excellent A&E staff before being allowed to go home with a clean bill of health. Apologies for not remembering names, but the service and care you gave me was brilliant. My daughter is training to be a nurse so I know the problem of limited resources and constraints you have to work under. You all deserve gold medals !
