Thanks to everyone associated with B4 who looked after my Dad recently while he was undergoing preparation, procedures and aftercare for gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
My Dad is visually impaired and has hearing difficulties; however, he was treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
He had a single room during the preparation phase, but had many people checking he was OK and didn't need anything. The porter who took him for initial investigations popped back in to see him a few times after Dad told him he used to be a hospital porter - a job he loved for the last 15 years of his working life! The whole team made him feel welcome and respected.
Thanks to you all.
