"Outstanding care received"

visited eccleshill hospital this morning to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy.

During my visit I received and outstanding quality of care from all the staff at the hospital..

Unfortunately I cannot recall and of the names of the nurses that took care of me but I would really appreciate if they were all complimented on their work.

The doctor who did my procedure was outstanding and made me feel as much at ease as possible and was very informative and friendly, in fact the nicest doctor I have met in my life.

The nurse who took care of me during the procedure were absolutely lovely, they held my hand the whole way through and did all they could to keep me at ease as much as they could. This member of staff is a credit to your team.

Also the nurse who greeted me and got me ready for me procedure made me feel as comfortable as possible and did all they could and gave me all information I could possibly need.

Also I would like to say the two student nurses who were working were brilliant they both run around looking after me after my procedure providing me with gold quality care.

I never leave feedback or reviews for anything but I really feel all the staff that looked after me today need to know they are doing a brilliant job and I am very happy and content with the care a received from them all. I was looked after by all nurses and doctors like I were one of their own.

I have had other procedures and visited other hospitals and never in my life have I experienced a hospital like this one.
