"making appointment at hearing department"

Arrived at the hospital car park at 1420, walked to hearing ward to make an appointment.

I am informed that an appointment could be had at 1500, but could be quicker,

I wait for appointment, and I am amazed when I am called in almost straight away, no rushing and given every assessment that I needed, the staff are fantastic, this was Wednesday 10th June.

I was back in my car and leaving the hospital by 1448. Just shows how helpful

Warrington hospital can be.

The staff are great and I felt that they looked after me.
