"The doctor put the worng stent in my heart "

About: Warrington Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I had an opp last year and the doctor doing the opp put the stent in and told me he will see me in 6 months. 2 week after my opp I was on the floor holding my heart thinking it's my last day. I was rushed back in to Warrington Hospital and the doctor told me the problem was that the wrong stent was put in and had blocked off an artery. The hospital had not sent memo paper work and I have sent them 2 e/mails about this. I got one call from them telling me to get legal help. So if you can help, I hope to be going to court.
