"Shoddy mental health services."

Had a relative under the 'care' of this company in a mental health facility. Her condition was managed almost entirely by medication, with almost no psychology input. When this was combined with the absence of meaningful activities from the alleged occupational health side of things, the result was that she ballooned in weight and became pre-diabetic. There was no consistency with nursing, as the company seemed unable to retain anyone decent for more than a few months meaning that a new temporary agency nurse would appear every couple of weeks. The healthcare assistants that did make a difference usually quit after a few months, meaning only the lazy ones who couldn't be bothered to put themselves out stuck around. And to top it all the staffing numbers were cut to skeleton numbers every few months in the name of costs. A complete and utter joke of a company.
