About: Southmead Hospital

I was overwhelmed with the kindness shown yesterday, especially by the doctor who was a locum. The quality of care was excellent, and they were amazing. I was quite scared on arrival, as I was feeling really ill in the ambulance, but was reassured by all the staff.

Thank you to all the amazing staff in the a+e dept, I am really grateful for your care, and support.

Dear Anonymous - thank you for taking the time and trouble to post your views of the the A&E department at Southmead. I was pleased to learn you were reassured by the staff and that they provided excellent care. I hope you are now well on the road to making a full recovery.
