"Operation Hysterectomy Ward 23"

Had admittance onto this ward for hysterectomy - was looked after fantastically by everyone there, nothing was too much trouble. Nursing staff very attentive and was made to feel very relaxed.
The Nursing Staff are a real credit on this ward to the NHS, and the surgeons, consultants who i had dealings with were totally first class. Thank you everyone involved, appreciate all you did.
