What I liked

i have been visiting the hospital as an outpatient under a skin specialist for a number of years and always find the staff really friendly helpful and caring. the consultant always listens to my concerns and explains anything that is relevant.

What could be improved

time taken to process through a + e - my father was poorly for quite a while prior to his death and each time we had to get him admitted to the hospital even when he went in by ambulance involved many hours waiting around

once in the system with the hospital the care and attention my father received was excellent
