About: Wansbeck Hospital

I was a day patient on surgical ward 15 on 31st May 2016, and I have nothing but praise for each and every member of staff for the care and treatment I received on that day.

From the person who booked me in, the various nurses I saw throughout the day, the theatre staff and the surgeon - all were friendly, comforting, helpful, attentive and highly efficient.

The cleaning staff were also in evidence at various times and were friendly and warm to a nervous patient with little experience of hospitals!

I am extremely grateful to every single person involved in my care on that day. Each person should be very proud of the wonderful job they do.
