"Professional, friendly service"

Although I had to wait a while for my appointment and formal diagnosis (I suspect this is due to high service demand), the staff were friendly and professional and I felt that my views were listened to and taken into account. I asked for, and was given a referral and was pointed in the direction of other support services to which I could self-refer. I was given clear indications of the length of the waiting lists for each of these services. The service has helped me to understand my condition and begin to overcome it.
