"C20"

Over the past 2 years I have had a lot of stays on ward C20 and several operations, even though the nurses are very busy I never felt ignored or neglected.

I always received great care from all doctors & nurses.

The care staff on this ward are fantastic, always there if you need a little chat or cheering up.

I came into contact with a lot of staff at this hospital and cannot thank everyone enough, from A&E to Ward C20 to Theatres, not forgetting the porters.

My last visit/operation was April 16 on this stay I witnessed two patients verbally abuse/accuse nurses one night, I felt horrified & disgusted to see what staff have to put up with, probably on a regular basis.

Please treat our NHS with respect without it our country would be a worse place.

All I want to say is Thank You to all staff I came into contact with over past two years, you all deserve a medal or just a little more respect!
